Independent sourcing service. Not a named-brand builder desk and not a fabrication plant.

CorePath Sourcing terms of service

These terms cover use of this website and the inquiry channel operated by CorePath Sourcing. The site is an independent sourcing partner for business buyers who want factory quotations on alternative pre-engineered steel buildings, warehouses, workshops and hangars. It is not a fabricator, an erector, or a named-brand builder desk.

What a submission is

A form submission is a request that the desk review your use, geometry, loads, quantity, destination and commercial scope. It is not an order, a reservation of steel, or a contract for a building. No price on a later message is binding until you and the quoting supplier sign their own commercial terms.

What the desk does not take on

CorePath Sourcing does not design the primary frame, does not seal calculations, and does not represent that a system meets the International Building Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360 or AWS D1.1 for your site. Those references are documents you may ask a supplier to provide. Permits, soils, the foundation interface and site safety remain with the parties named in the supplier quotation and in your contracts with local professionals.

Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey descriptions are labels. If a supplier’s exclusions differ from the label, the written exclusions control. The desk will not merge two unlike offers into one “market” figure.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, loads and the destination you send. Do not upload or paste information you are not allowed to share. Drawings sent after the first reply should be marked with the project they belong to. The desk may decline a brief that asks it to impersonate another company or to apply a third-party logo to an alternative product.

Optional budget notes

A target budget and a high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided preference are buyer notes. They are not a rating of any factory and they do not obligate a supplier to meet the number.

Site materials

Page text is for preparing an inquiry. You may not copy it onto another site and present CorePath Sourcing as the author of a quotation. Product names in the catalog are inquiry labels, not a promise of availability.

Liability limit

To the extent the law allows, the desk is not liable for a supplier’s late shop drawing, a freight delay, a code comment, or a difference between a preliminary range and a later firm offer. If a statute does not allow a limit, that statute controls. These terms are not a warranty of fitness for a particular hangar, warehouse or workshop.

Changes and contact

The desk may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version you see when you submit a brief applies to that brief. Questions about a submission can be sent through the contact form. The privacy notes are on the privacy policy.
