Independent sourcing service. Not a named-brand builder desk and not a fabrication plant.

CorePath Sourcing privacy policy

This note explains how CorePath Sourcing handles information that business buyers send while asking for factory quotations on alternative steel buildings. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It uses the information to understand a project, not to build a public profile of a jobsite.

What you may send

The inquiry form asks for a name, a work email, a phone number, a company name and a procurement requirement. You may also add a product label, a target budget and a supplier preference. Those extra notes are merged into the requirement when the browser supports that step. They describe your wish on cost and finish. They are not a score the desk assigns to a factory.

Why it is used

The desk reads the requirement to see whether use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and delivery timing are clear enough to forward. It may write back with questions. It may share the technical portion with factories that could quote an alternative system. It does not sell the brief as a marketing list.

What is not collected on purpose

The form has no file upload. Payment card numbers are not requested. A street address for CorePath Sourcing is not published, and you do not need to send your home address. If a drawing later contains personal data about occupants, send a version that the project actually needs.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept long enough to finish the comparison you asked for, to answer a follow-up, and to meet ordinary business record needs. If you want a closed inquiry deleted, say so in a later message from the same work email and identify the project. Some copies may remain in mail backups for a limited period.

Comments on notes

A comment on a procurement note uses a separate reply form. The comment name and email are used to show the comment and to respond to abuse. They are not added to a factory quotation unless you also put them in an inquiry.

Other sites

Links to a privacy policy page or a product page stay on this site. The desk does not control how a factory stores a specification after you accept an introduction. Ask that factory for its own notice before you send shop details that are sensitive.

Contact about this note

Questions about these practices can be sent through the contact form. The commercial rules for using the site are in the terms of service. This page does not describe a consumer storefront, because the intended reader is a business buyer preparing a building purchase.
