Independent sourcing service. Not a named-brand builder desk and not a fabrication plant.

CorePath Sourcing keeps the steel brief and the supplier reply apart

The desk is an independent sourcing partner for buyers who need alternative pre-engineered steel buildings. It writes down what the buyer asked, what each factory answered, and what is still open. It does not own a mill, a roll-former or an erection crew.

The sequence on one inquiry

  1. 01

    Read the use

Warehouse, workshop, hangar or another occupancy is written in the buyer’s words before any supplier is contacted.

  2. 02

    Freeze the geometry

Length, width, eave height, bay spacing and clear span are copied once so later replies cannot silently change them.

  3. 03

    Attach the loads

Design live load, dead load, wind speed, ground snow load and seismic design category are marked known or assumed.

  4. 04

    Name the commercial edge

Shell, delivered, installed or turnkey is chosen, and freight to the destination is given its own line.

  5. 05

    Collect files, not slogans

Drawings, calculations and a weld note are requested for the quoted system. A marketing page is filed separately and is not treated as proof.

Boundaries that stay in force

No plant claim

Fabrication capacity belongs to the supplier who answers, and only after that supplier states it.

No badge transfer

IAS AC472, ISO 9001 or an AISC reference is asked for on the quoted system. It is not printed as a CorePath Sourcing credential.

No mixed codes

IBC steel buildings, IRC houses, HUD Code homes and park-model rules are not blended into one compliance sentence.

No invented savings

The desk compares quotations. It does not publish a percent below a market that was never measured on this scope.

No silent substitution

A change in purlin spacing, panel thickness or anchor-rod plan is shown to the buyer before it is treated as agreed.

No buyer substitute

The project engineer and the authority having jurisdiction still accept the design. The desk organizes questions.

A 60 ft clear span at a 20 ft eave height can be compared as a hot-rolled rigid frame or a cold-formed steel alternative only after bay spacing, for example 20 ft or 25 ft, is written down. Secondary framing, the foundation interface, an insulated metal panel, thermal transmittance and any fire-resistance rating stay on that same sheet. Volumetric modular construction and panelized construction change the transport envelope and the crane lift plan, and they are not folded into the steel figure. One illustration row is an 80 ft by 160 ft footprint, a 28 ft eave height, a 30 ft bay, a 90 mph wind speed, exposure C, a 15 psf ground snow load, a 20 psf design live load, a 5 psf design dead load, seismic design category C, an R-19 roof, a 14 ft door, a 10 ft canopy, a 45 ft truck apron, a 6 ft overhang, and a 35 psf storage load kept out of the roof live-load cell. Replace every cell with the project values.

There is no founding year and no project count on this page because those figures are not on record here. The useful next step is the brief.

Building criteria

Include specification, quantity, destination and delivery timing. A live quotation is not required. Drawings can follow after contact.

Optional budget and review

The desk reviews your brief and contacts possible factories. Read the Privacy Policy. Stock, price and code compliance remain unconfirmed until the supplier answers this specification.
